“I absolutely love Michelle’s online fitness classes! The live classes are friendly, fun, and very inclusive. And I love the fact that if you miss one they’re all recorded so you can catch up in your own time. I have a young family, so the evening class is perfect for me, as is the flexibility of the recorded option. It’s easy to let exercise slip as it gets cold and dark outside, but having the option of meeting everyone together via Zoom has been great, very motivating and good fun. The Monday HIIT is my favourite, a great way to start the week and build up a sweat!”

“Absolutely love Michelle’s classes, all of them, Zumba, is really easy to pick up as well the way Michelle explains the moves, and feel so good after a session and all very friendly and fun, all exercises explained fully with easy to understand directions! At present due to the covid restrictions Michelle has gone to great lengths to make sure all government guidelines are followed to the full leaving me feeling I can do the face to face exercises in a safe environment, great class thank you Michelle.”

“I am really enjoying the face to face classes that started in September at Leigh Community Centre. Michelle is very friendly and lets you exercise at your own pace, explaining all the moves as we go along. We have plenty of space and Michelle is very careful to abide by the Covid restrictions and carries these rules out to the letter to make sure we are all safe. I look forward to the classes every week and am feeling fitter already!”
