Safe, effective and friendly Aerobics and Toning fitness classes with
current social distancing guidelines in place for your safety – Get ready to have a fun workout to some great upbeat tunes!
These are mixed ability classes and move between high and low intensity exercises – designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance – ‘Legs, Bums and Tums’ exercises are also included to focus on toning your hips, thighs, abs and bottom! There’s no pressure, just go at your own level.
Aerobic exercise also has so many mental health benefits too, such as helping to relieve stress and anxiety, improve memory, sleep better, and helps to boost your overall mood – Amazing!!

PRICES:
– Monthly Option – £6 per class when paying monthly in advance.
– ‘Pay as you Go’ option – £7 per individual class if there are spaces available in class.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
45 minute online class
7pm – 7:45pm
HIIT workouts combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise in between.
(This live class is also recorded and available for up to 5 days after the class).
Tuesday
Aerobics with Legs, Bums & Tums Toning
60 minute online class
7pm – 8pm
A fun, safe and effective total body workout to get your heart pumping and help you develop your body’s strength, stamina and endurance.
Disco / flashing lights will be used in the background.
(This live class is also recorded and available for up to 5 days after the class).
Wednesday
Zumba® Fitness
45 minute online class
7pm – 7:45pm
Fun and Friendly Zumba® Dance Fitness class with Michelle.
Get ready to sweat, shake your stuff and have fun. Includes Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Soca and many more!
