AEROBICS & TONING
A fun, friendly and effective Aerobics and Toning class with high and low exercise options for all fitness levels. Get a full body workout designed to help you keep fit, boost cardio endurance, help strengthen your muscles, joints and bones and improve mobility and flexibility too!
The class includes a 25 minute cardio workout, a strength and toning section, and a stretch and cool down to finish.
Equipment such a mini exercise balls, light dumbbells, and resistance bands are sometimes used in class too.
Please bring: an exercise mat and some water.
ZUMBA® DANCE FITNESS
Take the ‘work’ out of ‘workout’ – with this calorie burning Zumba® dance fitness party!
Dance, giggle and have a fun energising workout combining Latin and World rhythms with easy to follow dance moves.
This is a medium intensity Zumba dance fitness class combining fast and slow rhythms – designed to raise your heart rate and help improve your cardiovascular fitness, and also help tone your muscles and improve coordination and flexibility too.
Suitable for all levels of fitness – just follow my lead and go at your own pace.
Please bring: A bottle of water.
PLEASE NOTE: Flashing disco lights will be used in classes.
An effective group exercise class based on traditional Pilates technique, delivered in a contemporary style.
The class is taught in group exercise format, with standing and floor based stretches and exercises;
Designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and flexibility of a general healthy adult*.
Equipment such a mini exercise balls and resistance bands are sometimes used in class too.
A mixed ability fitness class with different options given to enable you to work at your own fitness level.
Please bring: an exercise mat, a towel and some water to class.
*PLEASE NOTE: My ‘Fitness Pilates’ class is a group exercise based class designed for the general healthy adult.
It is not a rehab, clinical or diagnostic class, and is not appropriate for pregnant women,
or individuals with severe orthopaedic conditions or serious health conditions.
If you are having treatment from a GP/Physiotherapist please obtain medical consent before coming along to class.
